Are there any comments on here prior to 2007 anymore? Or did they all just get erased last July when the site was originally down?

All comments from the old site are gone, though there are archives that can be looked up if you really want. One of the several reasons the old site went away, was the spammers were having a field day with the old comments system, so trying to restore a ton of spam and weed out the good stuff didn't seem worthwhile.
