The grieving Libs arrived down in Crawford
you know, the sad and angry kind.
I looked across and there I saw Cindy
waiting to meet the press this time
and through her sweat she looked much older
her middle fifties I would say
From where I stood I saw she was crying
and through her tears I heard her say;

The angry Libs were camped down in Crawford
there were no toilets to be found.
And Cindy screamed "He died for the oil boys"
"Nuclear waste is all around."

forget the meeting way back then"
"it didn't count, because I was grieving
I want to know now, where and when!"

she should be proud he died that way
